  6.  (+) -- when configuration file is not found in the ppe directory, the ppe
  7.         will create a default one without ending the ppe!

  9.  (+) -- external bbs lister is now not used. instead it displays a 1/2 scr
  10.         ansi file.

  12.  (*) -- displayed "@POFF" when displaying ansi file. it was due to missing
  13.         the "@" on the end ;)

  15.  (+) -- much, much more configurational things. (ie. xoff.cfg)

  18.         as fast as the inkey even though a 28k.8 modem.

  21.         the ansi file and use the lightbars. Instead the user will only
  22.         be prompted with a y/n answer.

  25.         not work, well now it does and works with either one of these --
